 Butter Chicken is one of the most popular Indian chicken recipe.

 Ingredients of Butter Chicken:

For the chicken 300 grams Chicken breast boneless, 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste, 1 tbsp Red chili powder and Salt to taste Oil to pan fry.

For the gravy:

 500 grams roughly slit tomatoes, 100 grams roughly cut onions, 1 tbsp garlic paste, 50 gramscashew,1 tsp kasoori methi, 1/2 tsp garam masala, 4 tbsp sugar 2 tbsp kashmiri chili powder 5 tbsp butter, 3 tbsp cream, 2 tbsp malt vinegar, 1.5 tbsp White Vinegar Salt to taste.

Hi guys welcome to Food Lifes. Today I bring to your kitchen is butter chicken. Well this is one of those gems that we end up ordering in a restaurant every time you place an order,well it is ideal so let's begin with this. Well now there are two components to this recipe one is the butter chicken which is the chicken which will marinate and the second one is gravy
So first, let's begin with the chicken, I have some chunks of chicken here I'm adding in a little bit of garlic paste,ginger paste, red chili powder and salt you have a nice mix well. Now I'm going to marinate the chicken pieces for 15-20 minutes. 
Well now that the chicken has been marinating for some time, now let' start to pan-frying these so, I'm taking some oil now that the oil is medium hot let's start frying these chicken pieces now that the chicken is almost done and ready let's transfer this into another Bowl. 

Well this recipe has many reasons to be my favorite one because it tastes wonderful and second because it is absolutely made in the same pot it's one of those which can actually be made in the same fort you remember the word one pot recipe this is one of those. I am cutting this onion very very very roughly because eventually I'm going to run this into a mixer grinder now the same pan in which we had cooked our chicken goes in the chopped onion and now I'm going to add in a little bit of oil and since it's butter chicken we're gonna add in a spoonful of butter. They were lightly sweating these onions there we go you're almost ready. Next goes in roughly cut tomatoes and along with this, we will add in some cashew nuts once this is evenly mixed I'm going to add in some water and along with this now goes in the garlic paste, next goes in some salt malt vinegar some sugar garam masala powder and some red chili powder. I'm going to evenly mix this now that this mixture is nicely mixed and ready we're gonna let this mixture simmer for at least 15 to 20 minutes till the time the entire thing becomes nice and mushy so that we can then run it into a mixer of fine paste now that this mixture has become nice and soft I'm gonna turn the flame off and transfer this into another container now this container is where I'm going to use a hand blender and turn it into a fine puree and now I blend it into a fine pulp now that this is pureed well I'm going to strain this in the same pan well butter chicken is also called chicken making and McNiff all we know is not only butter but it's also velvety smooth in English. so remember that it has to be nice and smooth and buttery so while saving this mixture we have to make sure we press as much as we can so that there is absolute minimal wastage and what we have here is nothing but the seeds and the skin of the tomatoes now I'm just reheating this gravy and now is the time where goes in the butter-cream kasoori methi and the chicken so first goes in the bucket next goes in some cream next goes in the chicken now finally goes in the crushed mate.
 Now I let this gravy simmer for five to seven minutes and here you have butter chicken just is done and ready let's start plating.Now finally goes in some fresh cream and some castle unity chicken makan Walla chicken McNee or butter chicken whatever the name is the recipe remains the same do try it at home and do let us know how you like it.

Ingredients :
Curd - 6 tablespoons, ginger paste - 1 tablespoon, Garlic paste - 1 tablespoon, Kashmiri red chili powder - 1 tablespoon, salt - half a tablespoon. 

Gravy required ingredients :
4-5 tablespoons oil, 50 grams butter, 1 pinch fennel, 4 green cardamoms, 3 medium-sized onions, 4 medium-sized tomatoes, 1 tablespoon garlic Pasta, 25 cashews, 1 tablespoon red chili powder, 1 tablespoon garam masala, 1 tablespoon tomato sauce.

Mode of marination :
1. Wash chicken thoroughly in a large pot.
2. Beat the curd and add chicken to it.
3. Now add ginger paste, garlic paste, red chilli powder and salt to it and keep it for half an hour to marinate.

Method of making Butter Chicken and gravy :
1. Put 4 to 5 tablespoons oil in a pan.
2. Add 25 grams of butter to it and add a pinch of fennel and cardamom.
3. Now finely chop the onion and add oil to it.
4. Put it in the pan and fry it till it becomes light brown.
5. Cut tomatoes into small pieces and put it in the pan.
6. Now add garlic paste and fry till it smells.
7. Add red chilli powder.
8. Add salt as per taste and fry this mixture for 5 minutes.
9. After five minutes put it in a separate pot and let it cool.
10. When cold, blend it until it becomes smooth.
11. Now put gravy and chicken in the same pan and add half cup of water.
12. Add one tablespoon garam masala and one tablespoon kasoori methi. Mix well.
13. Add a tablespoon tomato sauce to it and cook on a medium flame for 3-4 minutes.
14. Add the remaining butter to the gravy.
15. Add water as required and cook for 10 minutes.
16. After this minute, see the butter and oil will come up. This means that the gravy is cooked.
17. Serve by adding cream and coriander over it.
