Veg cutlet is a very tasty and wonderful snack.
Veg cutlet is a very tasty and wonderful snack. You can make it easily in the evening or morning breakfast and feed it to everyone. It does not take much time to make and everyone likes it too.


Veg cutlet Ingredients

Vegetables:

250 grams or 3 medium-sized potato peels, cut into two or four pieces, 50 grams or ½ cup green beans, chopped
50 grams or ½ cup carrots cut into large pieces
50 grams or ½ cup capsicum chopped
100 grams or 4 cups of peas
Ingredients for Veg Cutlets:
1 tbsp oil + for frying
1 tsp mole
4 cups onion finely chopped
1 tsp ginger paste or grated
1 green chili finely chopped or crushed
4 cups breadcrumbs
¼ cup coriander finely chopped
Salt to taste
½ tsp red chili powder
½ tsp coriander powder
½ tsp garam masala
2 tsp lemon juice

For spring coating:

3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
5 tablespoons water
½ cup breadcrumbs


How to Make Veg cutlet or Vegetable cutlet

Veg cutlet Preparations:

Step 1: 
Boil the vegetables in steam in the cooker until they come to 2 cities.

Step 2: 
Remove the lid of the cooker when the air escapes.

Step 3: 
Mix flour and water to make a solution for spring coating and keep it on the side.

Take out the breadcrumbs on a plate and keep it ready.

Method of making veg cutlets:

Step 1:
Heat the oil in a pan or pan and add sesame seeds in it and let it splutter.

Now add onion, ginger paste, and green chilies and fry till the onion becomes soft.

Step 3:
Later add breadcrumbs and coriander and cook for 2 minutes.

Step 4: 
Now add boiled vegetables and add all the dry spices, salt.

Step 5: 
Mash with the help of masher and mix. Cook it for a few minutes or until the wetness is gone.

Step 6: 
Finally, add lemon juice and mix.

Step 7: 
After the mixture cools down, put it in a plate by giving it the shape of the cutlet.

Step 8: 
Now, in turn, dip one cutlet in the solution and then put it in the breadcrumbs and wrap it with both.

Step 9: 
Similarly, prepare the rest and fry in hot oil until it becomes golden and crispy.

Step 10: 
Serve it hot and eat it.
